I bought this at the New Year so delivery was a little slow. The machine was damaged because of poor handling by the carrier. JMS Karcher were my slow to answer E mail complaint but acted promptly and politely when I telephoned. JMS offered to collect the machine but I was happy for the damaged part to be sent out for self fitting. The part required took a couple of weeks to arrive from Karcher direct but as it did not stop the machine working this did not cause a problem. Other than the damage in transit the machine is as new and works well. The design is a little bulky but allows the hose and cable to be neatly stored. The size also makes the machine stable. I was always pulling my previous Karche over and damaging the casing. I recommend this outlet to anyone and would use again. Good machine and good after sales service.
