Bought the washer to replace my old similar one, but for half the price, and it looks as good as new.
This product is refurbished but looks and works as new, excellent purchase, will recommend Karcher Outlet.
Ordered after 5:30 pm on Wednesday, received before 10:30am on Friday. I even received a text message advising that delivery would be on Friday. Now that is excellent service in my book! Everything in excellent order, but the very sturdy box showed signs of damage around the hand hold. A lesser box might not have survived intact. Contents were unmarked and were assembled very easily. Can't wait to use it now.
WORKS VERY WELL I NOW HAVE TWO.
Very speedy delivery of 2-3 days, although detachable handle was broken in transit and a part was missing. Support system is good, in that you send an email and they ring you back to discuss problem. Choice of replace complete machine or they could send the highlighted items. I choice the latter and they were delivered direct from Karcher within a matter of days. This particular model comes with a cable storage drum on the rear of the handle, very useful and the machine works well.
Delivery fine,will be even better when replacement parts arrive, handle in 5 pieces 2 hose reel parts missing, no doubt these will arrive all will be fine.

A great product and price the only slight disappointment was that there was two parts missing when delivered however a quick phone call and they dispatched to me.
