great small handy pressure washer easy to set up and get going this is my second washer if this does as well as my old one I will be very happy
Ordered on a Saturday, arrived on Tuesday. Worked straight from the box. Not as powerful as my previous model, and made of much lighter materials but a lot cheaper and easier to move around. Will it be reliable only time will tell?

I can't say much about the actual machine, as i haven't yet used it.
What i can comment on is the service, shockingly good. Arrived the day after i ordered it, and in great condition.
Bought a dirtblaster lance as a seperate item which seemed damaged in transit when it arrived, sent an e-mail to Karcher Outlet and recieved a call back within the hour telling me another was on the way.
As i say, shockingly good service. :)

Great value and like new.. Ordered on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. Easy to assemble - hardly anything to do. Easy to use and does exactly what I expected. Can't really rate the reliability yet but no reason to be nervous.

After purchasing my K2.395 Pressure Washer I used it for 3 days solidly to clean my absolutly black concrete patio and terrace, being wary that the K2 series is probably designed for light use and not the pounding I gave it I was half expecting to smell a motor burning out or pump packing up, but it just carried on and did a great job of cleaning even the worst ground in dirt and moss cover. You would think the machine was straight out of the factory and not refurbished, why pay DIY store prices when this refurbished machine didn't have a mark on it and looked brand new. Will use site again for sure.
Looks like new...works like new...so over all happy with product..
One or to scuffs and scrapes on the casing and hose but other than that looks ok. Works well and that is all that matters.Can't comment on reliability yet as only used once.
In fact are you shaw that it is not a new washer. Looks very much new and does what it says on the tin. Will always come back to yourself and will always pass on your wed site.

The item arrived well packaged with user guide and in what appears to be almost new condition. The K2.395 was puchased to clean pathways, decking, garden furniture etc and so far has performed well even with just the limited standard kit. The product has been easy to use, so far reliable and has proved to be excellant value for money.
Bought this pressure washer because my old one had died, happened to come across the Karcher Outlet and could`nt belive the prices , got this model and it`s like new.i`d definitely recommend the Karcher outlet you can`t go wrong !!!

Very light small and powerful this product hasn't let me down. Haven't had it long so not sure of reliability but for the size the power is impressive. The dirt blaster is a real beast on getting slabs clean!
Really neat, and easy to handle, compared with the previous Karcher washer that had given us many years of good use
